I painted leopard print on my nails and loved them so decided to transfer the idea to my eyes. It looks great and so complex but it is so easy to achieve with an eyeliner pen.
Start with a clean make up less eye. This will stop any makeup residue clogging pores and causing spots.
Apply a white eyeshadow into the inner half of the eyelid.
On the outer corner, apply a hot pink eyeshadow and fade it into the middle. To blend the two colours together I applied a shimmery pink in the middle of the eyelid too.
Line the waterline with a white or silver eyeliner, this will give the illusion of bigger eyes. Also apply to the inner corner of the eye to brighten the eyes and the makeup.
Taking the eyeliner pen create small circles, dots and ‘C’ shapes to make a leopard print design. Practice before apply the design to the eyelid. Then cover the whole lid with the leopard pattern.
This step is optional however I think it is a key element to the look as it give a cat eye look which is relevant to the leopard print. Create a winged line and line the upper lash line. (If you don’t know how to create a winged eyeliner check out my post on it, ( https://dazedandbeautiful.wordpress.com/2012/07/20/winged-eyeliner-and-lipstick/)
Apply some mascara for a powerful look.
I love this look as I love leopard print. It looks amazing as it only flashes when you blink, definitely a conversation starter!
